Steps

In a mixing bowl add vade flour and salt.Add water and knead tight dough.Keep aside for half an hour.

In a rolling board spread plastic paper.Take lemon size dough ball and cover by other plastic paper press by any heavy bottom plate.Make a thick puri.Make hole in the middle.

Heat oil in the karahi.Add this Puri and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot this vade with any spicy curry,like chhole, potato curry, mutton, chicken etc.
Due to mix vade flour it is very tasty and healthy.
