Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add rice & all dals, mix it well, wash it, soak it in water for 1 hr, keep aside.

Take a pressure cooker, add raw khichdi, hing, haldi powder, salt, green chilli & desi ghee, in goes 2 cup water, place the lid, give 5 whistles on high flame, turn off the flame. Allow it to depressurise naturally, open the lid after 5 minutes. Keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add ghee, heat it. In goes hing & jeera, let it splutter.

Add in onion & green chilli, stir fry it until light brown.

Now add ginger garlic, stir fry it until rawness is released. In goes tomato & salt, mix it well, cook it for 2 minutes.

Add in veggies (you can prefry then if you want), stir fry it for 5 minutes. In goes red chilli powder & garam masala powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add cooked khichdi, mix it well, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Add in dhania patta, stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving dish, keep aside. Take a tadka pan, add ghee, heat it. Fry dry red chilli till brown, pour it over khichdi.

Serve it any raita, salad,papad or chutney...
