  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 10dates soft deseeded
  • 2 tspdesiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tspcardamom nutmeg powder

    Soak garden cress seeds for 2 hours.

    Heat milk add dates and mix it well,then add soaked garden cress seeds.

    Boil the milk for a few minutes afterwards add coconut, cardmum nutmeg powder and mix everything well.
