  • 4medium tomatoes
  • 1 packetwet Mozzarella
  • 1 bunchfresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Olive oil

    Cut the tomatoes into big chunks and ace in a bowl.

  2. 2

    "Rip" the wet Mozzarella ball in to similar size chunks as the tomatoes and add to the bowl

  3. 3

    Add a good glugg of olive oil and season. Mix together and add fresh basil leaves torn into shreds.

  4. 4

    Place in a serving platter and enjoy 👍🍺🥰
