  • 1 packsai yong choi
  • 3 piecesginger strips
  • 5 piecesgarlic
  • 1 tspcooking oil
  • 1little water
  • 1little salt

    Sautee ginger and garlic in oil.Add in veggies.

    Mix well,season with salt and pour a little water.Cover and simmer until done.
