Heat and boil milk for five minutes on low to medium flame

Add chopped nuts and sugar boil again for five minutes on low to medium heat

Add saffron and boil again for five minutes on low to medium heat.

Cool milk completely and then keep in refrigerator for one hour.

This rasmalai milk is ready.

Beat cream with whisker for five minutes and add sugar mix it.

Add reduced milk step by step in whipping cream. Add all milk.

Crush 6 strawberries with 2 tsp sugar in a mixer. (Or you can use a ready strawberry crush.)

Mix strawberry crush into milk and cream mixture.

Line glasses with strawberry crush and pour milkshake in glasses slowly. Decorate with sliced strawberry. Serve chilled strawberry and rasmalai milkshake and enjoy.
