Mixed Vegetables Roll

Simple and delicious mixed vegetables roll for breakfast

First wash all the vegetables. Then cut into big pieces. Grind all the vegetables in food processor. Once it is done then keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry cumin seeds and let it crackle for few seconds.Then add all the vegetabels. Add haldi powder, black pepper, cumin powder and salt. Mix it well and cook till the vegetables become tender.

Once it is done then switch off the flame. Cool it. Take a chappati. Spread schezwan chutney. The add vegetables and cheese slices. Roll it gently so that the vegetables will not comes out.

Once it is done then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy in a breakfast with tomato sauce.
