Add the tomato, cutting it into pieces directly into the pan with scissors. Once the tomato is soft, add ketchup, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon salt, and enough water.

Mix well, then add the cooked eggs and chopped green onions. Stir and cook for a bit longer, and it's ready to serve!
