Peel the sweet Potato and slice it with a thin slicer and add them into the lemon and salty water so it doesn't turn in black.
Slice all the sweet potatoes. - 2
Remove from the salty water and spread the slices on a kitchen napkin to absorb extra water.
In the meantime,heat the oil in a pan. - 3
When oil is hot,add the sweet potato slice in the oil,fry on a medium high flame.
Add salt in the water and keep the salty water ready. After adding the crisps in the oil, add a tablespoon of salty water to the oil and stir the crisps until crispy, then remove on kitchen paper to absorb the oil.
Straight away Sprinkle pepper powder on it and mix gently. - 4

Serve immediately.
It tastes Yummy.
