  • 2Big Taro / Arbi
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspRed Chili powder
  • 1/3 tspSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash arbi well with water and peel off with greased hand.

    Cut in thin slices or juliennes.

    Heat oil in a pan and put julienned arbi and add salt.

    Add turmeric and chilli powder and mix well.

    Stir occasionally and fry these till crisp and golden in colour.
