Dry Potato Curry (suki bhaji)

Cut the potatoes into half pieces and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Remove the skin and cut the potatoes into small pieces.

Heat oil in a large pan, add mustard seeds, chana dal and urad dal. When it crackles add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

Now add asafoetida and turmeric powder. Quickly add boiled potatoes and give it a good mix.

Finally, add salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Serve it hot with puri Or dosa.
