  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 tsppink salt
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2green cardamom

    Wash and grated amlas one by one

    Spread it in the tray or a plate.keep it under the sunlight.Let it dry completely

    After it gets dried transfer in the blender jar and add sugar with Elaichi

    Blend to a fine powder.Add salt & black pepper powder mix well

    Transfer this powder in the jar store and use one spoon daily and enjoy 😋😋
