Here is how to use your left over rice and make a great balanced diet.

Chop your vegetables to your desired size. Cut the carrots and green pepper into small cubes and chop your coriander finely.

Preheat your pan then add cooking oil. First stir fry your onions until cooked(slightly brown). Then add your carrots and stir fry for about 3mins. Next add your green pepper and coriander and stir fry for 2mins.

When your vegetables are well cooked add your left over rice.

Mix all the ingredients together by stiring until you are satisfied. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

To complete your diet you need proteins since the food is very dry take it with a glass of milk.
