Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 cupegg whites (250 ml)
  2. 1/2zucchini
  3. 4-5sun-dried tomatoes
  4. 2 tablespoonscooked chickpeas
  5. 4-5olives
  6. Salt, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper
  7. Handfulseeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower, flax)

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet, add a few sprays of olive oil, and pour in the egg whites (with a pinch of salt).

    As it cooks, add all the other ingredients: sliced zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, olives, and seeds.
