Ingredients

  • 1 cupegg whites (250 ml)
  • 1/2zucchini
  • 4-5sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoonscooked chickpeas
  • 4-5olives
  • Salt, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper
  • Handfulseeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower, flax)

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet, add a few sprays of olive oil, and pour in the egg whites (with a pinch of salt).

    As it cooks, add all the other ingredients: sliced zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, olives, and seeds.
