  • 1Sourdough sandwich bread
  • 2 cupsbirria
  • 1 cupQueso Oaxaca
  • 1/2 cupColby Jack Cheese
  • Cilantro and onions to taste

Steps

    Prep your Birria and cheese

    Add butter, salt and pepper to the crust then toast until slightly golden.

    Add the cheese to one side and let it melt slightly. Then add onion and birria to the other and close. Leave to melt for about 3 minutes on both sides

    Add cilantro and enjoy!
