Ingredients

1-2 hours
Plenty of people
  1. 1 bagViolife cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  2. 3Roma tomatoes
  3. 1Onion (yellow or white)
  4. 1 handfulCilantro
  5. 1 can(use half for milder flavor) Chiles in adobo
  6. 1 teaspoonChicken flavor bouillon
  7. 1 pinchAllspice
  8. To your liking Vegetable broth
  9. 3-4Bay leaves
  10. 1 packImpossible meat
  11. 2 tablespoonsOlive oil
  12. To taste Paprika
  13. To taste Garlic powder
  14. To taste Onion powder
  15. To taste Cumin

Cooking Instructions

1-2 hours
  1. 1

    Blend tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chiles in adobo, garlic, bouillon, and allspice until smooth.

    Pour mixture into a pot, add vegetable broth and bay leaves, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove bay leaves.

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add Impossible meat, and break it up as it cooks.

  4. 4

    Season meat with bouillon, allspice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.

  5. 5

    Optionally, add some birria sauce to the meat for extra flavor.

  6. 6

    Dip tortillas in consommé, place in a hot, lightly oiled skillet, add meat and cheese, fold until crispy on both sides.
