  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 1 tsppiri-piri masala
  • 3coriander leaves chopped
  • 200 gmsboiled baby potatoes
  • 5 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspketchup
  • 2chopped spring leaves

  1. 1

    Boil baby potatoes. In a bowl, add curd and besan. Whisk well no lumps should form.

    Add piri-piri mix and coriander. Mix well. Add boiled baby potatoes into mixture and marinate well.

  3. 3

    Cook the marinated baby potatoes into oil for 15 mins on low flame.

  4. 4

    After cooked and roasted, place it on serving dish.

  5. 5

    Garnish with mayonnaise, ketchup And sprinkle with chopped spring leaves as shown in video.
