This is a very delicious recipe, especially for those who love vegetables.

Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add oil and let it heat up, then add the ground meat. Cook until browned.

Add the remaining ingredients and a splash of water. Cook for 15 minutes, until the mixture is fully cooked and reaches your desired consistency.

Clean the pre-cooked caiguas and stuff them with the meat mixture. If you have cooked rice, you can mix it with the meat filling before stuffing.

Top with white sauce or a sautéed vegetable sauce and cook for 3 more minutes.

Turn off the heat and enjoy.
