Cut your Vegetables and add the to the same pan where you fried the chicken. Add your shredded chicken and let everything soften.
- 3
Using a food processor blend the meat and veggies. Transfer to another container and add melted cheese if your choice
- 4
Once the masa is ready add oil to your hands and flatten. Add meat and close by pinching your sides close. Then flatten by using a padding motion
- 5
On medium heat, cook the pupusas until golden brown on both sides. You’ll know it’s ready when darker spots start to form or when cheese melts out

Brad's pupusas de rajas with frijoles negro and Arroz verde Brad's pupusas de rajas with frijoles negro and Arroz verde
This is an El Salvadoran dish like tamales. Rajas, from what I am told, translates to little strips. So when preparing the filling for the pupusas, julienne all the ingredients. wingmaster835 -

Sopes de Puerco (pork sopes) Sopes de Puerco (pork sopes)
My favorites! All my childhood i grew up eating sopes made with pork and red chile. My grandmother's recipe from Guadalajara, with a few twists of mine. Guaranteed to be a staple in your family dishes once you make it for your family for the first time. Traditionally ive seen it made with carne para desebrar. (Shredded beef) and red chile. But heres my version. I always get asked for the recipe and its requested by my family over and over again Sabtsuki -
