Take a big bowl, keep strainer, spread a muslin cloth,pour the curd. Wait till the extra water comes out from curd. Squeeze out whey from the curd.

Soak saffron in one table spoon of hot milk. Keep hung curd and other things ready.

Transfer the hung curd to a big bowl,add saffron infused milk, powder sugar, cardamom powder.Whisk it well with hand whisk until smooth,add some finely chopped nuts.

Superb, tasty shrikhand is ready now. Cover it and chill in the fridge till serving.

Garnish with almonds and pistachios. Enjoy the chilled Shrikhand.
