I was looking for a new recipe for pasta night.This fits the bill and is surprisingly good. If you are happy with your spaghetti sauce leave out the spices I listed. I used my homemade pasta sauce and it needed the spices.

I was looking for a new recipe for pasta night.This fits the bill and is surprisingly good. If you are happy with your spaghetti sauce leave out the spices I listed. I used my homemade pasta sauce and it needed the spices.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Brown and crumble ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and return to pan. Stir in spaghetti sauce, onion, garlic, oregano pinch of salt,garlic powder and drained tomatoes. Cook until it has thickened to your liking and excess liquid has evaporated. (Mine took roughly 15 minutes.)

Spread 1/3 sauce in bottom of a 11x7 baking dish. Arrange1/2 the ravioli over sauce, sprinkle with 1/2 the mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layer ending with sauce on top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes until heated thru. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serve.
