  • 3zucchini
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic 🧄
  • 1-2 tbspdill chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbspolive oil

    Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Start frying in a small amount of olive oil, over high heat. Not for long at all, literally one minute.

    Add salt in the process. Finely chop the garlic with a knife. Add to the zucchini. Stir. Simmer for about 20 seconds so that the garlic gives off its aroma. Finally, add dill and remove the pan from the heat.

    This dish is prepared very quickly. The whole process in the frying pan takes no more than five minutes.
