Korean bbq marinade

This Korean bbq style marinade is perfect for family get togethers, party’s or any occasion where you need to feed a large group of people! We used this bbq marinade on some chicken legs and beef short ribs. I marinated everything the day before Mother’s Day and the next day we packed everything into coolers and headed over to the lake for a Mother’s Day BBQ!!!

Steps
- 1
First measure out all ingredients into measuring cup or directly into blender- add sesame oil and sesame seeds last after blending
- 2
After the first round of blending add in your sesame oil and seeds and pulse for a few seconds to mix together
- 3
Now prepare your meat in a bowl or pan and pour the marinate over the meat and make sure to coat everything evenly. You can add slices of onion to the marinade if you’d like!
- 4
Now I recommend to let the meat marinate for at least 24 hours or overnight for the best flavor. After marinating your meat is ready for the grill!
