Tuna fillet on a grill pan

Heat the grill pan. It should be very hot. Rub the tuna fillet well with spices on all sides. You can add salt right away.

Rub literally a drop of olive oil into each side of the fillet. Fry the fish in a grill pan on both sides. Depending on the thickness, from one to three minutes. The middle should remain pink.

After frying, put the tuna on a plate. A little more olive oil and let it "rest" for two or three minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve, preferably with a salad of fresh vegetables.
