Pressure cook or boil in cooking pot cleaned and washed jackfruit seeds with turmeric powder and salt. Let cool, peel, and slice lengthwise.

In a pan, heat coconut oil. Add mustard seeds, let them crackle.

Add green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté briefly.

Add garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add sliced jackfruit seeds, turmeric, red chilli flakes, Kashmiri chilli powder, and salt.

Stir well and sauté on low-medium flame until golden brown.

Serve it hot with rice and a drizzle of ghee, or pair it as a delicious side with rice-dal, rice-curd, or rice-sambar. You can even enjoy it on its own as a wholesome snack!
