  • 2–3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tspMustard Seeds
  • 4Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 2 sprigsCurry Leaves
  • 6Garlic Cloves (Crushed or Minced)
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tspRed Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tspKashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to Taste

Total Time: 30 minutes

    Pressure cook or boil in cooking pot cleaned and washed jackfruit seeds with turmeric powder and salt. Let cool, peel, and slice lengthwise.

    In a pan, heat coconut oil. Add mustard seeds, let them crackle.

    Add green chillies and curry leaves. Sauté briefly.

    Add garlic and sauté for a minute.

    Add sliced jackfruit seeds, turmeric, red chilli flakes, Kashmiri chilli powder, and salt.

    Stir well and sauté on low-medium flame until golden brown.
