Wash and pat dry the chicken breast and cut it in an inch thick squares. Make sure to cut thick chicken cubes because it will shrink while cooking. Now keep it in a big bowl and add the ingredients for marination. Firstly add half of the yoghurt and cream to it and keep aside the other half of both we will use it later. Now add all the dry spices to it. Then crush the ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves don't make a smooth paste simply crush or chop them then add to the chicken.

Then crack the egg in it and add lime juice and half of the butter and mix it really well. Use your hands to mix it so that every piece get coated. Now if you want you can marinate it for half an hour or if you want you can keep it in the refrigerator for a month and if you want you can immediately cook it. So now I will transfer the chicken marinate in a thick bottom pan now oil is needed as we have added butter already. Now cook on high flame for 5 minutes then cover it and lower the flame.

Now cook it on medium high flame stirring in between until the chicken is completely done and the oil seprates and the gravy thickens. Once come to this stage take out the chicken pieces and put it on a grill rack and place it upon the stove top on high flame and give a BBQ effect by doing this it will taste good and the flavors is absolutely like the restaurant. If you want you can give coal smoke effect also simply put the chicken pieces in a bowl heat up the coal place it in a aluminum foil.

Keep it on top of chicken pieces drizzle few drop of oil as the smoke start to come out immediately cover it and keep it as it is until smoke settles. Meanwhile grind the cashews with the remaining yoghurt and cream to a smooth paste and mix it to the gravy and mix well when start to boil add the chicken pieces to it mix again lower the flame cook for 5 minutes and it's done. Now cut the veggies in square take as many veggies as you like or you have in hand. Add 2 tsp melted butter in a pan.

Add all the veggies to it along with salt and pepper and saute it on high flame for 5 minutes and it's done. Make sure the veggies are on crunchy side. Now heat the sizzler pan brush the pan with butter for extra sizzle. Heat it till it becomes red hot. Then put cabbage leaf or lettuce on it and upon it the cooked chicken maghni malai and on top of it add the sauted veggies and it's ready to serve. Serve it hot with roti, paratha, chapati, naam, rumali roti or with the choice of your bread.
