Heat up water in a pan and bring it to boil.

: When water begins to boil add salt, red chili flakes ginger, rava and mix well.

: Add rice flour and mix well.
Turn the gas on low and cook the mixture covered for about 5 minutes

: Add coriander leaves and knead the dough really good.

Wet your hand with water and take small portion from the dough.
: Roll it into smooth ball and again dip your finger in water.
: Make a hole at the center of the ball.

Heat up oil on medium to high heat in a pan.
Drop vade in hot oil and fry well on medium to low heat from both sides.

After frying for about 3-4 minutes from one side, flip vade over and fry from other side too.

When vade are fried well from both sides take them out, drain excess oil and transfer into a dish. Instant vada is all ready.
: You can have the vada as it is or can serve with sambar, chutney.
