Take a mixing bowl and add jowar flour and whole wheat flour and gramflour add carom seeds mix all well.

In a mixer grinder add green chilli chopped green coriander leaves chopped and garlic pods and grind into a paste.Now add little portion of this paste in flours

Add salt and mix everything well add little water and knead dough cover and rest for 5-10 min

Grease your palms with oil and take a small ball of dough 11/2 inches in diameter and roll it into a thin tube and seal both the ends together.Repeat same procicer with remaining dough

Make all in the same way covered with wet cloth

Heat oil in a kadai or sauce pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds when they crackers add asofoedeta powder and garlic and green chilli chopped green coriander leaves paste and add goda masala turmeric powder red chilli powder salt and garam masala powder and little water

Let it cook for a min and add some water and bring it to a boil Now drop all shengole into boiling gravy add salt and give it a gentle stir

Cover and cook for another 15 min Serve hot. Enjoy Thank you 💕
