The EASIEST Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients

  1. 3ripe mangos
  2. 1.5 cupsweet rice
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 1 cancoconut milk
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. .5 tspsalt
  7. 1 tbspcornstarch (glaze)
  8. 1 tbspwater

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Cook the 1.5 cups rice and 2 cups of water in the rice cooker.

    Heat up the coconut milk, sugar, and salt.

  3. 3

    Add 1 cup of the coconut mixture to the cooked rice.

  4. 4

    To the remaining coconut mixture, add in a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up on low to medium heat.

    Plate the rice and top it off with the coconut glaze.

  6. 6

    Add sesame seeds and mango. Enjoy!!
