Steps

First, we will roast the sesame seeds and peanuts and make them into a powder.
We will also roast the coconut powder.
Now put a pan on the gas, add ghee to it, when it gets hot, add semolina and fry for 2-3 minutes. - 2
Now add ragi flour to it and keep stirring until it turns brown in color.

Now add ground peanut powder, ground sesame seeds, coconut powder and dryfruits to it and mix.

Now we will add jaggery and mix it.
Now we will prepare all the modaks in the modak mold. - 5
Now we will garnish the poppy seeds with coconut powder and serve.

This is how our very healthy ragi modak is ready.
