Hearty Sandwich

This is the first time I’ve made this sandwich, and honestly, it won’t be the last. All these ingredients together on quinoa bread make for a really tasty meal. I encourage you to try it!
Hearty Sandwich
This is the first time I’ve made this sandwich, and honestly, it won’t be the last. All these ingredients together on quinoa bread make for a really tasty meal. I encourage you to try it!
Steps
- 1
Boil several eggs—you can use the extras for other recipes later. Once the water starts boiling, cook the eggs for 8 to 10 minutes. When done, cool them in cold water to stop the cooking.
- 2
For the marinated pork loin, I used 2 leftover slices from dinner the night before. I added them to the sandwich, and the combination is delicious.
- 3
Take 1/3 of a loaf of quinoa bread, drizzle with olive oil, add the slices of marinated pork loin, and the slice of semi-soft cheese (cut in half).
- 4
Add the sliced hard-boiled egg and tomato slices.
- 5
Your lunch is ready to enjoy when it’s time!
