  • 1/2 calmonds
  • 1/4 craisins
  • 1/2 cBlack berries
  • 1/2 cblue berries,
  • ½ c strawberries
  • 5pitted dates, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 tsppinch cinnamon powder
  • 4-6 c or As needed almond milk
  • As neededHoney, optional
  • Breakfast, Porridge

    Make a checklist. Keep all ingredients within reach

    Make a checklist. Keep all ingredients within reach

    Soak the super blend grains in 4c water, about 10 minutes. Cook in a pressure cooker following manufacturer’s instructions. Let it completely get cooked. Remove from the cooker. Let it cool, transfer to a bowl

    Add the berries, dates, almond milk and cinnamon to the cooked super grains in the bowl. Mix with a spoon
