  2. 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1/4 cupItalian bread crumbs
  4. 1/2 teaspoonkosher sea salt
  5. 2 TBLspoons white wine
  6. 2 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 tsplemon zest
  8. 2 TBLspoon water
  9. 2 TBLspoon extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

6 minutes 3 minutes per side
  1. 1

Measure out your meat into 2.5 ounces per ball to yield 6 sliders. (1 lb per 6 ea. Pictured showing 2 lbs)

  2. 2

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  3. 3

Space the chicken balls out on the griddle. Place a piece of parchment paper over each ball before smashing it with your spatula to about 1/4 inch thick for your sliders. This will prevent the chicken from sticking.

Keep an eye on everything and maybe after 3 minutes flip each slider. For approximate cooking time of 6 minutes.

  5. 5

Take your slider buns and place them on the griddle to either warm up or toast a little bit.

  6. 6

Remove your buns when they are the way you like them. place them on a plate then place your slider patties onto each bun and cover with the top part of the bun.

  7. 7

Optional: for an added flavor twist add a couple bacon strips.
