This recipe is good for your children. As you can provide it in their tiffin. Kids will love them and enjoy it too. Though it's not good for daily meal. But once in a while you can enjoy this yummilicious dish.

Add sufficient water for boiling pasta. Add 1 tsp of oil and little salt in the water. Once the water comes to a boil add the pastas in it. Now boil the pastas until it gets cooked properly.

When the pastas are nearly half boiled, add the corn kernels in it. And let it boil as it is. Adding corn is completely optional. Now strain the pasta and keep it aside.

As the pastas are getting cooked, we will fry the veggies. For that take a pan, in it add little butter. Once the butter melts, add the veggies like chopped onions, chopped capsicum, green chillies including grated garlic. Just saute it for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add the chopped sausages on it and saute it for another two minutes. Now keep this fried veggies and sausages aside.

Now in the same pan, add 2 tbsp of butter. As the butter starts melting, add 1 tsp of maida and fry it for about 3 minutes in a low flame or until a good aroma starts comming out of it. Now add half cup of milk to it and mix it well so that it doesn't forms any lumps, now cook it for about 2 more minutes.

Now in it, add pepper powder, little bit salt, oregano herbs, chilli flakes and give it a mix. Then add all the fried vegetables (prepared in step 3 above) in it and give it a mix.

To this add the boiled pastas and give everything a good mix. Add little water or milk to get a good consistency. Now for extra spice, I have added some more oregano, chilli flakes and pepper powder. This step is completely optional. Now add some mayonnaise and cheese spread, sugar and mix it well.

Now cover the pan and let it cook for 5 more minutes on a low flame. For extra taste I have added some chopped coriander. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds too and mix it.

Lastly add some grated mozzarella cheese and serve it hot.
