Ingredients

  • 1 cupSattu Flour
  • ½ cupGram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu
  • 1/2 cupSooji. Rava
  • 1/4 cuprice flour
  • 1Onion chopped finely
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tspAjwain / Carom Seeds
  • 2 tbspoil for making chillas
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all flour to a smooth batter.

    Add curd and water in it.

    Add all spices in batter.

    Now add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, chopped coriander leaves.

    Mix well.

    Take a tawa, drizzle oil and make mini chillas

    Cook till golden on both sides.
