Ingredients

  • 1/2 poundground beef
  • 1small shredded cucumber
  • 5shredded baby carrots
  • 8 ouncesyum yum sauce

  1. 1

    Brown the beef then soak up the grease with a paper towel. After that add the cucumber and carrots. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Plate and top with yum yum sauce.
