I love rice and I like doing things different than the normal. So I’m doing ground chicken and different spices 😜

Cook your rice first and set aside. In a blender blend the tomatoes, scotch bonnets and peppers and water a fourth of the way up the tomatoes until smooth. Pour into a pot and all the spices and baking soda. Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper before you add to pot and once you add it break it up.

Cook on high and when boiling starts, turn heat to medium and cover until it reduces about a fourth of the way down. Add in rice

Which I forgot to get a pic 🤦♀️ and if too watery let the moisture cook out and stir every so often. You can also add more tomato paste if needed. Add more seasons if needed and enjoy ☺️
