Cut the guvar with hand and peel and cut the potato into cubes.

In cooker add oil, then add chopped garlic, ajwain.

Add guvar and bateka, turmeric, red chilli powder.

Then add cumin coriender powder, salt, mix it well. Add water
- 5
Pressure cook it up to 2 whistle, serve guvar bateka nu shak with rotli.
