Urad Dal Dangar

#CA2025
This is Maharashtrian traditional dish . Mainly prepared in rural areas. Specially prepared in rainy season. When it's raining outside, it tastes awesome. This is a best and protein rich substitute when no vegetables are available. Quick to prepare.
