Leftover Ful Medames were used by me in these healthy and yummy Parathas for the family. The best part about these Parathas is that these are the easiest and the effortlessly done. And handy for the morning rush and the tiffin making.
Whenever I make Ful Medames, I always use the leftovers for these lip-smacking homemade crisp and golden Parathas. Serve them piping hot alongside any simple Raita or a Curry or even some leftover Ful Medames just as I did. You would love it for sure and so would the children.

Steps
- 1
Add all the first five ingredients to a mixing bowl and knead a smooth dough. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
- 2
Divide the dough into medium sized balls and roll into a disc of your choice. Do the same for all. Use ghee or clarified butter for roasting the parathas.
- 3
On a medium high heat, roast these yummy parathas on a hot griddle or tawa. Use ghee or oil generously. Stack in a casserole to keep them warm.
- 4
Serve hot alongside any simple raita and onion salad. I served it alongside some leftover Ful Medames as well. Enjoy!
