Bread potato nuggets in air fryer

Boil the potatoes, peel off the skin. Chop the onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Keep it aside

Keep the fry pan on medium heat, add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves fry for few minutes.

Onion change to transparent, add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt, saute for two minutes.Then add potatoes, ajwain and lemon juice. Mix well. Potato masala stuffing is ready.

Keep the bread,corn flour and bread crumbs ready. Take a corn flour bowl and add water mix well.

Take a chapati making stone, keep the bread, cut the edges and roll it with a rolling pin, then it's easy to roll the potato stuff.

Keep the potato masala into the rolled bread,close it tightly. Then dip in the corn flour batter,roll into the bread crumbs. Bread potato nuggets are ready to fry.

Transfer the nuggets into a 200 degree celsius preheated air fryer, bake it for fifteen minutes. In the middle remove and check,the nuggets turns golden brown, remove from the air fryer.

Then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy the tasty and crispy bread potato nuggets with tomato sauce.
