Let’s make a delicious high protein meal!

Salt and pepper your beef patties. Cook them on a griddle or grill for 2-3 minutes each side. After flipping, add your cheese and let it melt.

Cook your potatoes. Season to your liking!

Assemble! Add 1 patty, 1/2 cup potatoes, and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. Optional, add some hot sauce or ketchup. Enjoy!
