Grilling for people can be so difficult. Some want grill marks, some want charred, some want burnt. Some want kabobs and others want it on a plate with a fork. Different strokes for different folks. Yes these were cooked to order. I still like the colors to showcase on this dish. I don't make it often but if grilled the way I wanted it would've been like a rainbow. I usually serve this with an Asian duck sauce or sweet and sour sauce. Either way, you like it, I hope you enjoy!!!

  • 19 ouncesbeer brats
  • 20 ouncessweet Italian sausage
  • 12 ouncessliced andouille sausage
  • 8 ouncesgrape tomatoes
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 2 cupspineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 2 cupmaraschino cherries
  • 2-1/2 cupsonion eighths
  • As neededsalt and pepper
  • As neededextra virgin olive oil to brush on kabobs

Steps

  1. 1

    Gather the sausages and, cut the beer brats, and Italian sweet sausages into bite sized pieces.

    Wash the vegetables, pineapple, and cut the peppers into bite sized pieces. Fix how many kabobs you need with a couple of extra. Put the rest into a grill safe cooking utensil.

    Make the fire get it hot and grill it.
