  2. 1/2 cupblack chana
  3. 1/2 cuppaneer
  4. 1boiled potato mashed
  5. 1green chili chopped
  6. 1 tspgretted ginger
  7. 1 tbspcorn starch
  8. 1 tspRed chili powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tspchat masala
  12. 1 tbspCoriander
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 1/4 cupmango chuteny
  15. 1/4 cuptomato sauce

    Wash & soak in water black chana & green moong dal for 8 hours.

    Take a muslin cloth keep soaked moong dal & black chana. Knot & Hang for the sprouting for 24 hours.

    Open it.boil both sprouts in pressure cooker.

    Take a big bowl. Add boiled sprouts mashed potato paneer green chili ginger.Mix well properly. Add salt red chili powder garam corn starch masala.Mix well to all to make a soft dough.

    Make small round Tikkis from dough.Heat a nonstick pan.Spread little oil.place the Tikkis in tawa.
