I tend to go over board with my vegan meals bc I’m the only one in my house that cooks and if the family doesn’t request meat I forget to make it! The brothers requested some salmon!

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix all your seasonings. I follow my heart, start with 2 tsp.

Take your butter and rub it in the salmon meat.

Sprinkle mixed seasonings on top of the butter

Top with Panko.

Place Salmon skin side down on parchment lined baking pan

Bake 10-15 minutes

Skin will slide right off serve on a bed of rice with your favorite choice of veggie!

Add flare pair with a fun sauce! I usually make a honey heat glaze!
