Beetroot Ila Ada

Take all the needed ingredients. First make beetroot bulp. In a bowl pour 1/4cup water and melt the jaggery.

Add 1.5 cup of water in a heavy bottom pan and boil. Once it's starts boiling add beetroot bulp and cook for 3 mts.

Then add filtered jaggery water,grated coconut one by one. Then add crushed cardamom.

Then add ghee. Finally add flour and mix well.

Cook until it turns non sticky consistency. Then turn off the stove and let it cool.

Now in a ghee rubbed bananaleaf keep a ball size of dough and roll it. Spatula done the rolling wonderfully. Then fold the two sides of the leaf.

Now keep the rolled ada 's in a cooker and cook for 10 to 15 mts. It's ready.

It's delicious and colourful. It can't be stored.
