Steps

Boil 4 cups water with a little salt then cook pasta for 8 min (Do not drain water)

Add in block of cream cheese and melt a bit then add the 2 cups of milk, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and cook until thoroughly mixed and pasta al dente

Mix in 2 bags of the grated cheese (I like to do 1/2 sharp cheddar and 1 cheddar jack for the 2nd bag) saving remaining for topping. Mix well

Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Mix crumbled ritz crackers with a 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 stick of butter

Sprinkle crumble over top and a little Italian seasoning then bake uncovered for 10 min then cover for 10 min. Let sit for 5 and enjoy!
