Steps
- 1
Boil beetroot, carrot, beans in a pressure cooker separately.
- 2
Remove the skin of beetroot and cut into small pieces. Chop tomato and green chili into small slices. Again boil in a pressure cooker.
- 3
Cook the chow in water for 10mins in medium heat. Once it is done, drain the water, rinse thoroughly and keep it inside water at room temperature.
- 4
Make a paste of the boiled vegetables and serve through a net. In the broth or soup, add salt and black pepper crush. Add the boiled chow into the soup and garnish with chopped onion and spring onions. Serve hot.
- 5
This is a healthy cuisine without oil with simple easy cooking.
